
I also received the new Library Ledger paper in my order, and it's so beautiful, I needed to use it on this card! I paper pieced the rose (many layers of paper piecing!), and used my new PTI Tea Dye Duo ink to give the card more of a vintage feel. The new pads were very very juicy, don't know if they're supposed to be like that, but the ink went on a bit more heavily than I would have liked. I'm still happy though with the way this card turned out :)

I LOVE this new stamp set, and I'm happy it contained a wedding sentiment because I need to make several cards for upcoming weddings I'll be attending.

This is a really pretty wedding card and I love the paper piecing layers on the rose. I think I am going to get this set just for the wedding sentiment. The rose will be a bonus!

ReplyDeleteThis is beautiful. How lucky to get your order! Love the rose and I will be CASING it! The tea dye is juicy. But I find is that the color when dry is much lighter from what you first see when applying it. A very pretty card!
